Fist process of bottle filling machine is rincing process, in
this process this machine washes the water bottle from inner portion.

In the second process this machine fills the mineral water in
the water bottle which was rinced before it,

The third process of this machine is to screw cap on the filled
water bottle in the clock wise manner, after this process the bottle of water
is completed of filling stage.

After the Rinsing Filling and Capping process the water bottle
goes to the next process of batch Coding it means one machine sends date price
etc in the bottle neck through laser batch coding machine.

After the date printing process of the water bottle, next step
is Sticker Labelling Process will be done on the filled water bottle, this
process is fully automatic which is done by BOPP labelling Machine.

After Your Filling Process, Batch Coding Process, Labelling
Process your final step is left that is packing water bottles in the group of
12 bottles,
This process is Automatically done by Shrink Wrapping Machine,
it seals and packs the groups of water bottles in Group of 12 Bottles per pack.
